You will join a cross-functional, empowered team, working side-by-side with a Product Owner/Manager and Designer to form the core product trio. Your role goes beyond coding: you will contribute to ideation, design, implementation, testing, release, and ongoing improvement of our products.

You will take ownership across the full product life cycle: from ideation to technical design, build, testing (unit, integration, system), release, and ongoing maintenance while actively embracing and integrating AI-driven solutions.
You will stay current on new development sin technology and AI and advocate for high standard of code quality.

Have solid experience in software engineering, preferably building customer-facing products in agile, cross-functional teams
Are curious in leveraging AI tools, platforms and agentic AI
Have strong communication and stakeholder skills and are comfortable explaining technical concepts to non technical partners
Pride themselves in developing well tested, robust and maintainable software
Are constantly learning, seeking feedback and continuously aim to improve yourself and the product
Tech Skills:
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team:
Frontend experience with Next.js or React.js
Backend experience with Node.js, .Net and Python
Expertise with Microservices, Restful API design pattern
Working knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
Hands on experience with Cloud (AWS)
Any experience with the following would be great - Kafka, AI & Machine learning, Banking domain
Python is highly desirable and exposure to GenAI or LLM knowledge is nice to have
