Position Overview
Autodesk is seeking a driven and customer-focused Senior Associate Digital Business Representative (DBR) to independently manage transactional digital sales opportunities and drive KSO attainment. In this intermediate-level role, you will own inbound and signal-based outbound motions, manage the full sales cycle for low-to-moderate complexity transactions, and deliver a seamless digital buying experience. You will leverage CRM insights, digital signals, and structured sales discipline to prioritize effectively and close business within defined ACV thresholds. This is a target (KSO) based role with performance incentives, reporting directly to a Digital Business Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. There is an expectation to be in the office with frequency.  

Responsibilities

Revenue & Pipeline Ownership 

  • Generate and manage pipeline through inbound calls, sales chat, MQLs, and signal-based outbound call campaigns (abandoned carts, expired quotes, trials, ecommerce triggers, etc) 

  • Independently close transactional digital opportunities within defined ACV targets by navigating pricing discussions and managing negotiations effectively

  • Achieve quarterly ACV, revenue, pipeline, and new logo goals 

  • Identify upsell opportunities and apply relevant promotions 

  • Conduct structured discovery and effectively handle objections 

  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in Salesforce 

  • Use CRM dashboards and digital signals to prioritize high-value opportunities 

  • Monitor and improve in- & outbound-to-close conversion performance 

Customer Experience & Operational Excellence 

  • Deliver high-quality engagement across phone, email, and chat 

  • Ensure SLA adherence and strong response rates +90% 

  • Represent Autodesk professionally with a customer-first mindset 

  • Follow internal digital sales processes and proactively flag operational gaps 

Skills & Competencies 

  • Transactional Closing: Confidently closes digital deals within ACV thresholds 

  • Objection Handling: Applies structured techniques to overcome customer concerns 

  • Funnel Awareness: Understands inbound, pipeline, and conversion metrics 

  • CRM Analytics: Uses dashboards and data insights to guide prioritization and forecasting 

  • Professional Communication: Clear, persuasive, and consultative across digital channels 

Collaboration 

  • Partner with Territory, Emerging, Renewals, and Enterprise teams for opportunity handoffs 

  • Provide structured feedback to Marketing on campaign effectiveness and lead quality 

  • Coordinate with Digital E-Commerce teams to improve customer pathways 

  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation to support closed-loop reporting 

  • Highlight Automation opportunities 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (in combination with Japanese OR Korean as incumbent will be selected for such markets with the right level proficiency)

  • 2+ years of inside sales, SaaS, or technology sales experience 

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets 

  • Experience owning full sales cycle for transactional opportunities 

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound digital sales motions 

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Sales Automation Tools (e.g., Salesforce, HVS, Clari, Gong, Outreach) 

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills 

  • Experience selling across phone, chat, and email channels 

  • Familiarity with digital buying journeys and ecommerce-assisted sales
