The Launch Modelling Specialist coordinates with contractors, ensures optimal tower placement, and manages deployment processes to enhance the installation of Halter's technology on farms.
Halter is looking for a Launch Modelling Specialist to join our Launch Modelling team to coordinate the journey our farmers go on to get Halter’s revolutionary technology installed on their farm. As a Launch Modelling Specialist, you will work closely with the Launch and business development teams developing meaningful relationships with our pool of contractors and coordinating with them to support the installation process of Halter.
What your day could look like
- Coordinating with third-party contractors to schedule work on our customer farms
- Creating our pool of contractors and maintaining high-quality working relationships
- Radio frequency modelling farms to ensure Halter towers are placed in optimal positions for maximum coverage
- Ensuring the team meets their deadlines to enable seamless deployment
- Assisting the Launch Modelling, making sure all deployments are implemented on time and are high quality
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a project management/coordination role would be beneficial but not a must-have, we're looking for someone who has excellent time-management skills and can clinically plan things
- Exceptional communication skills, you will be coordinating with team members and contractors in various regions
- High attention to detail, you will need to ensure work carried out by contractors and casual employees is to a high standard and completed in a timely manner
- Excellent time organization skills, you will be working to set cycle times
- A proactive thinker who is able to cultivate process improvement regularly
- If you have any experience in the geospatial/mapping industry with an understanding of and experience with Linux, Python or Photoshop, that would be a HUGE plus but not a must-have.
