About the Role:

Join a company driving one of the most significant shifts of our time—bringing agentic AI into the enterprise. In this pivotal position, you’ll build and lead a new organization dedicated to crafting and delivering an industry-leading customer experience. You’ll shape the vision, set the strategy, and ensure that every interaction reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive a significant increase in Enterprise Success attach rate, ensuring performance exceeds target.

  • Grow net retention across your supported account portfolio, consistently surpassing goals.

  • Maintain strong gross retention for your portfolio, meeting or exceeding established targets.

  • Achieve enterprise renewal rate objectives by guiding accounts through successful renewals.

What you bring:

  • Proven leadership experience and achievement in enterprise customer success management or account management

  • Customer networking, stakeholder, and escalation management

  • Operational excellence

  • Top talent identification, acquisition, development and retention

  • Bias for action, bias for speed

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs, challenges, and priorities relevant to Camunda’s customer base

  • Executive presence and communication skills

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.

The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:

  • United States: $261,500.00 to $421,600.00

  • Germany: €169,000.00 to €279,500.00

  • United Kingdom: £164,200.00 to £270,100.00

  • Singapore: S$324,800.00 to S$487,100.00

If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview.

Equity: We also offer equity (where applicable) through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP).
