As Creative Director at ntegrity, you’ll be at the forefront of developing award-winning, purpose-driven creative that inspires action and delivers impact. You’ll bring deep expertise in fundraising communications, creative strategy, and performance-led design, and know how to lead, coach, and elevate a high-performing creative team.
This is a senior, cross-functional leadership role that guides creative craft across the agency. You’ll define what exceptional creative looks like at ntegrity, lead the charge on creative innovation, and ensure our work consistently meets commercial, communication, and client outcomes. This role is part time (3 or 4 days per week) and will report into our Chief Growth Officer.
What You Will Be Doing:
Creative Leadership & Vision
Set the standard for award-winning work through clear benchmarks, frameworks, and conditions for creative excellence.
Lead the development of fundraising propositions and communications across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Present creative work with confidence, from internal reviews to boardroom pitches and industry conferences.
Coach and mentor senior creatives, craft specialists, and cross-functional collaborators; identify skill gaps and lead learning and development initiatives to uplift creative capability across the agency.
Guide Squad Leads and Team Leads on the role of creative in project success and embed review rhythms.
Creative Quality & Campaign Performance
Review and approve campaign concepts, assets, and messaging to ensure quality, clarity, and alignment with fundraising and digital best practice.
Provide coaching on how to apply insights, personas, and media channel profiles to creative solutions.
Guide teams in understanding what creative works and why, using historical results, data, testing, and industry trends.
Proactively manage creative and client risks, know when to pivot, coach, or intervene.
Strategic Impact
Define the role creative plays in delivering performance outcomes.
Align creative execution with campaign strategy, audience insights, and organisational objectives.
Own creative process improvement and service innovation in partnership with agency leadership.
Identify opportunities for growth through client relationships, case study development, and thought leadership.
What We Need You To Have:
10+ years of creative leadership experience in purpose-driven, fundraising-focused work, within an agency.
Deep expertise in fundraising communications, proposition development, and creative strategy.
Commercially aware; you understand how creative impacts margin, revenue, and reputation.
Strong understanding of digital campaign performance, audience engagement, and integrated media.
Proven track record delivering award-winning, commercial creative across digital, social, direct response, and experiential.
Confidence and presence in presenting creative to C-suite, senior stakeholders, and industry peers.
Strong coaching capability with a passion for growing creative craft and team capability.
High emotional intelligence, exceptional listening skills, and a bias toward collaboration.
Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams, agencies, or business units.
Expert use with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, GenAI tools, and Kantata (or equivalents).
This Role Won’t be a Good Fit If:
You don’t have extensive experience in fundraising, cause-based marketing and campaigns.
You do not have experience leading with an agency.
You prefer to focus purely on design or creative execution rather than strategic leadership.
You’re uncomfortable navigating ambiguity or leading during change.
You prefer to work solo rather than coach and develop others.
You’re not comfortable advocating for creative quality while also respecting client constraints, budgets, and performance goals.
You see feedback as criticism rather than a path to better work and stronger relationships.
